Program Spotlight: The Community Smiles Initiative
In 2024, NextGen Blueprint Solutions joined the Harvard Blackbox Lab Workshop Series, where we led a research initiative on data science-driven oral health solutions. Our research aims to explored how statistical analytics and data-driven strategies can improve dental hygiene education, enhance preventive care, and address disparities in oral healthcare access.
By leveraging data science and research, our work exemplifies our mission to bridge science and strategy through data, ensuring impactful and equitable health solutions for underserved communities.
As we continue our work in the lab, we remain committed to using AI-driven platforms, technology, and research to enhance dental hygiene globally and address the social determinants of oral health.
Program Spotlight: By Your Side Maternal Health Program
In 2023, our Research department initiated a comprehensive statewide study to analyze infant mortality trends across North Carolina. Together we identified the communities with the highest infant mortality rates and least access to care.
In response, 2025 marked the launch of the 'By Your Side' Maternal Health Program, in partnership with Alliance Health and Health Management Services Inc. This initiative focuses on providing tailored, community-based support to expectant mothers in high-risk areas in Cumberland county, offering vital resources and care designed to lower infant mortality rates and improve maternal health outcomes.
